Absolutley amazing service, there was 3 of us needing glasses, we saw Katie, Natalie and Saad, they were very helpful when choosing the frames and very honest what suited and what did not!! Lol, Would recommend this branch friendly staff and would visit again.

Katie the optometrist was very good very friendly and did a very good examination. Not sure of the name of the lady that tested my field of vision but she was very good and friendly also. Wasn't impressed with Danny telling me he would be there from beginning to when I left and then I saw him leaving with his coat on if he was nearly due for home time why didn't he just say that. The checking of the glasses I was going to purchase was also very slow.

The waiting time was practically none and all staff in Meadowhall boots opticians were very helpful and welcoming. The service was brilliant and the lady (Puja, apologies if that is spelt wrong) who did my test explained everything as she went through. She was extremely helpful and great at customer care. She explained my prescription and took good care of me. Very good service. Thankyou.

Started a contact lens trial today after a very thorough eyetest a week ago. My optician Katie Barnes put them in for me and checked there fit and the prescription explaning everything she was doing too. I was shown how to put the lenses in and take out and clean by Holly who was lovely and very patient with me while I got to grips with it all. I came away feeling very confident that I knew what to do with them later at home.
